1 – Personal Data Protection
Delaurentis, the author of this policy, processes personal data.
The manner in which such data is collected and details of how it is used are set out below. The personal data collected varies depending on how the services are used. Personal data collected or held may be provided directly by the individual while browsing the website, obtained from third parties, or collected through activity on the website and use of the services.
2 – Commercial Prospecting and Marketing
The following information is collected and processed: contact details such as surname, first name, home address, country of residence, landline and/or mobile telephone number, email address, and social media account details.
The use of this information, which constitutes personal data, is intended to:
Send communications regarding products and services for commercial prospecting purposes. Such communications may take the form of email or postal mail, SMS, telephone calls or targeted online advertising. This data is retained for prospecting purposes for a maximum period of three (3) years.
Where data has been collected in connection with the provision of a service or following a request for information, information concerning similar services or services targeted on the basis of previous requests may be sent, unless the data subject requests that such commercial communications cease or chooses not to receive them. Furthermore, where the data subject has given consent directly to Delaurentis’ partners (such as insurance companies, comparison websites, social media platforms, marketing agencies and affiliate platforms, search engines, online property listing websites, without this list being exhaustive), Delaurentis may receive their personal data. Delaurentis may then use this information to promote its services under the conditions described above.
3 – Online Questionnaire
The following information is collected and processed: IP address, postcode, landline and/or mobile telephone number and, where applicable, any information provided in the online questionnaire. This information is used solely to contact the person who completed the online questionnaire and to offer them a discussion or an appointment with an authorised representative of Delaurentis in order to prepare a personalised, no-obligation quotation and provide follow-up after the initial contact. Contact will be made by telephone and/or email. Data collected when a completed online questionnaire is submitted is retained for a maximum period of three (3) years.
The use of this information as described above is permitted under applicable personal data protection regulations. In this case, the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject.
4 – Use of the Website
The Delaurentis website uses cookie technology to improve navigation and the user experience on the website. When visiting the website, these cookies may be stored in the browser of the device being used, regardless of the device concerned (computer, tablet or smartphone). They are used in particular for identification purposes and to analyse website traffic and the use of website features.

5 – In Connection with the Services Provided
The following information is collected and processed: surname, first name, address, landline and/or mobile telephone number, and email address.
In addition:
▪ for the performance of pre-contractual measures or the contract with Delaurentis, where processing is carried out for the purposes of: prospecting, production, management and monitoring of client requests and files, and the drafting of documents on behalf of clients;
▪ as well as in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations where processing is carried out for the purposes of: preventing money laundering and terrorist financing and combating corruption, invoicing and accounting,
all information necessary for these purposes is collected and processed.
This information is used to fulfil the purposes associated with the requested services.
Such processing is permitted under applicable personal data protection regulations and, in all cases, is based on the legal basis of the contract binding the data subjects and Delaurentis or on legitimate interests. Unless otherwise stated, the information referred to above is necessary in order for us to fulfil our contractual obligations.
6 – Retention of Information
Personal data is retained for use for the purposes listed in this policy.
Unless otherwise stated in the preceding paragraphs, data is retained for as long as the data subject maintains a contractual relationship with Delaurentis.
If the contract between the data subject and Delaurentis is terminated, for example upon completion of the requested service, and there is no other reason to continue processing the data, the information will be retained for the periods necessary to comply with applicable regulations and limitation periods, particularly contractual, accounting and tax requirements, or, where applicable, in order to handle any claim or request relating to the services provided.
Clients’ personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus three (3) years for customer engagement and prospecting purposes, without prejudice to statutory retention obligations or limitation periods. With regard to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, data is retained for five (5) years after the end of the relationship with Delaurentis.
